Kiara and the Last Star Dragon

“A 2-minute animated film for ages 5–9 in four connected scenes. Kiara, 9, faces an empty sketchbook until her star clip opens a trail into a glowing forest. She hatches Lumio, a baby star dragon whose light is fading, flies with him through a gentle star storm, and wakes up a sleeping observatory so every star — and Lumio — shines again.    The empty sketchbook

   Kiara can't think of a story. Her star clip starts to glow and shows her the way — a first glimpse of a starry observatory.

   • Kiara: “I don't have a story yet, but I know every hero has to start somewhere, right?”
   • Narrator: “Kiara thought her imagination was asleep, until one tiny star showed her the way.”

   A glowing egg

   In a glowing forest Kiara finds an egg. Lumio hatches with a stardust sneeze, but his chest light is fading — and Kiara sees an observatory high above the clouds.

   • Kiara: “Hello there, little one. Don't be afraid. I'm here to help.”
   • Kiara: “Don't worry, Lumio. I'll help you find your light.”

3. Szene 3 · 1:00

   Through the star storm

   Riding Lumio past floating islands and a waterfall of stars, they fly into a star storm. Kiara's star lights a safe path and they reach the observatory.

   • Kiara: “Lumio, I can feel you're scared. It's okay, buddy.”
   • Kiara: “Being a superhero doesn't mean you're never afraid. It means you help even when you are.”

   Wake up the stars

   At the great telescope the observatory wakes up, Lumio's light comes back and Kiara finally has her story.

   • Lumio: “Kiara, my light is back!”
   • Kiara: “You were brave too, Lumio.”
   • Narrator: “Kiara finally had her story.”
